It's not about fixing others. It’s about doing the inner work—on paper, in your thoughts, and through your actions.
It’s the inside job. This is how you move from reaction to reflection, confusion to clarity, and frustration to freedom.
Use the notes section on the worksheet, a notebook, or a journal as your companion. When something bothers you, pause. Sit with it. Then write. Work through the S.H.I.F.T. steps below every time you experience conflict.
Don’t rush. Take your time. The clarity you seek is already inside you—it just needs space to emerge. And remember, it’s all about making progress more than seeking perfection.
S – Self-Awareness
This is the beginning of every breakthrough. Get radically honest about what you’re feeling and thinking. Write it down.
- What’s going on inside me right now? Feelings? Emotions? Where?
- What part of me is feeling, sensing, judging that?
- Wounded Self (Inner Child: hurt, afraid, ashamed, abandoned)
- Protector Self (Inner Critic or Defender: judging, avoiding, controlling, shaming)
- Soul Self (Adult + Soul: calm, kind, grounded, sees the whole truth)
- What pattern keeps repeating in my life—and what might be underneath it?
- What part of me am I avoiding, denying, or suppressing?

H – Higher Understanding
Step back and look through a wider lens. When we zoom out, pain becomes insight, and meaning starts to form.
- What is this situation revealing about what matters to me?
- How might this experience be shaping who I’m becoming?
- What does a wiser, more grounded version of me understand about this moment?

I – Introspection
Turn inward. Listen to yourself; two voices. One of them is your soul speaking. Ask better questions. Listen for honest answers. Practice being patient. Clarity doesn’t come from noise—it comes from stillness.
- What emotion or memory is asking for my attention right now?
- What truth have I been afraid to admit to myself?
- Where am I out of alignment with the person I want to become?

F – Focused Intention
Now it’s time to direct your energy using your intention, what you feel inside. Decide how you want to show up. Name it and claim it. Muster the courage to go for it.
- What matters most to me in this situation?
- What attitude, action, or boundary would align me with my highest self?
- What one small thing can I do today to move in that direction?

T – Transcendence (Transformation)
This is where you let go. You stop forcing. You start accepting what is rather than arguing with reality. You see your part in all of it. You shift up consciously and rise above the noise. You become the observer. You stop needing to figure everything out. You trust.
- What am I ready to release in this moment?
- What opens up when I stop resisting what is?
- How can I bring more love, presence, or grace into this experience?

Summary
The Clarity S.H.I.F.T. Method™ is not a one-time fix. It’s a repeatable practice. Use it daily, weekly, or whenever life knocks you off-center. Keep your journal close. Be honest with yourself.
Inner work isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it. You’ll find clarity, purpose, and prosperity on the other side of your resistance with practice.
