I’m excited to announce a new workshop and coaching solution for workplace stress management called, The Inner Game of Stress at Work – How to Assess and Manage Stress Workplace Stress.

I’m on a mission to help people assess and manage workplace stress even though my primary focus is strategic planning, coaching, and consulting in the art of business development, digital marketing, customer service, and sales empowerment.
Here are five BIG reasons business and community leaders need to consider assessing and managing workplace stress NOW:
  1. Stress is public enemy #1; look around.
  2. Stress is the biggest productivity killer in the workplace.
  3. Stress causes 3 out of 4 doctor visits.
  4. Stress causes 60% or more of all illness and major diseases.
  5. Stress costs U.S. organizations more than $300 billion a year, and that doesn’t account for the recent pandemic, remote working, etc.
The best way to help me help others is with introductions to company owners, non-profit leaders, and others who are ready to DO something by taking a strong stand with me against workplace stress.
The bottom line is once we learn the sources and COST of workplace stress, we’ve got a better chance to be happier, healthier, and more productive at work, home, and everywhere else.
In short, when we tackle stress head on, we can become our best. This is about making a difference for millions of people suffering at work.
Here’s another big reason; treating stress is personal for me. I let untreated stress crush me in my early forties shortly after selling the business I worked hard to build over the prior 12 years. I went bankrupt financially, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Stress was the culprit. I simply didn’t know what I didn’t know about stress, and my family, workers, and I paid a heavy price.
The stress was so bad I injured my lower back. I walked on a Walgreens walker (deep, royal, blue), couldn’t sleep well, eat, work. produce income. I had zero clarity about how to get out of that mess. Not knowing what to do was a horrendous feeling, especially as it related to growing my business and supporting my family.
Finally, I got lots of help and had major surgery. Thank goodness my family, friends, and professionals helped me bounce back.
None of us can work, produce income, support our family, or feel good about work or life when stress crushes us. Clarity, confidence and empowerment is what The Inner Game of Stress at Work – How to Assess and Manage Stress Workplace Stress assessment and coaching program is all about.
In closing, I wrote about the “Inner Game” in my newest book, Radical Clarity for Business – How to Empower People for Better Results at Work. I didn’t go into detail on inner game habits because I wanted to keep the book short. Crushing stress is what my new body of work is all about. Now is the perfect time.
